By accessing or using the Room Autopilot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Room Autopilot is a professional management software for childcare centers that helps optimize room occupancy and streamlines operations. The service includes room planning, waitlist management, and student transitions.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the Service require payment of fees through a subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your account
- Taking responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session
- Notifying us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
6. Data Storage and Responsibility
You are responsible for all data that you input into the Service. Student and enrollment data entered into Room Autopilot is stored exclusively in your own Google Drive account or local CSV files. Room Autopilot does not transmit or store this data on its own servers. We recommend regularly backing up your data. While we implement reasonable data protection measures, we cannot guarantee that there will be no loss or corruption of data.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
- Engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity
- Upload or share any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems or networks
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Room Autopilot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Room Autopilot, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
